This website and the Every Corner Has a Name audiobook are provided by The Philly Made US Foundation Inc. You contract with this seller for the content and website services. By continuing to use the website or purchasing a download, you agree to these terms. You must have authority to make the purchase and provide accurate checkout information.

The audiobook is a one-time digital purchase, not a subscription. The price and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. A completed, verified checkout is required, including for complimentary copies. Download links expire after ten minutes; eligible buyers can request a fresh link through their purchase access page. Keep your purchase access link confidential. Printed books and Kindle purchases made on Amazon are governed by Amazon’s checkout and policies.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. This disclosure applies to orders placed through this website’s built-in checkout, not purchases on Amazon. The Philly Made US Foundation Inc and its licensors retain rights in the audiobook, website content, software, documentation and branding. Buying the audiobook grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal listening, not ownership of the copyright. Do not resell, redistribute or publicly upload the full audiobook, share private download access, or circumvent access controls. Quote graphics made available for sharing may be shared with their author attribution intact.

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, intellectual-property infringement, malware, unauthorized security probing, scraping that interferes with the service, or attempts to bypass purchase verification. Do not submit illegal content, hateful or abusive content, deceptive deepfakes, malware instructions, or attempts to bypass AI safety safeguards.

You are responsible for your submitted prompts, having the necessary rights to submitted material, and how you use or share generated responses. You retain your rights in your inputs; you permit us to process them only to provide the requested response. You may use responses to the extent permitted by applicable law and any third-party rights; we do not promise that AI outputs are unique or copyrightable. AI responses may be inaccurate. Verify information before relying on it. Reflections and explanations are not medical, mental-health, legal or other regulated professional advice and are not emergency services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website performance or AI responses.
