Include your order reference and purchase email, but never send full card details or your private download access link. Paddle processes refunds and determines their handling under its policy and applicable law.

Download access may be revoked when a refund, dispute or reversal is recorded. A complimentary order has no paid amount to refund. Paperback, hardcover and Kindle orders purchased on Amazon follow Amazon’s return and refund process rather than this website’s checkout policy.
